Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor is the latest product of our company for the isolation and purification of nucleic acid from clinical samples. After the samples are treated with the lysis buffer, the nucleic acid is released. The released nucleic acid binds to the surface of the added magnetic particles. Unbound substances and impurities,such as denatured protein, cellular debris and potential PCR inhibitors, are removed with subsequent wash steps and purified nucleic acid is eluted from the magnetic particles with elution buffer at elevated temperature.
